I am trying to integrate Service Now to my bot for creating incidents. We usually login Service now using Okta authentication. Our Service now team has provided Okta URL, developer credentials and tenant. However my authentication is getting failed, when I try to connect with those details.
Can you please suggest what could be the Authentication check URL in this case? I have followed the documentation, it was not that useful. Can somebody help me on this.
