i am trying with Gupshup Whatsapp sandbox service which integrates with kore ai.
I am sending messages from mobile WhatsApp but not getting a response. but when I am sending messages from Gupshup with template messages I received messages to my WhatsApp mobile. you can also see the screenshot which I am attaching below on screenshot you
Can see that there are 27
messages received from WhatsApp mobile to Gupshup for the same, but I dint received a response. I did all the integration on both Gupshup and kore ai platforms. you can see on screenshots.
Please help to solve that issue which is am not getting a response to.
