Action tasks were retired long back. https://developer.kore.ai/docs/bots/bot-builder-tool/action-info-task/kore-bot-action-tasks/
Which version are you working on. It may not be supported now.

Yes, I am asking how to use the alternative of Action. I’m making a chatbot and all the tutorials are of previous version on YouTube. I am new to this platform. If you can suggest something, it would be a great help.
