I found this bot in https://workplace.kore.ai/ but when I try to enter the tokens to configure Workplace, I got an error saying “You do not have access to create a bot”.
Can you help me how can I install this bot?

With reference to your post, we have created a support ticket on your behalf for the Survey Bot issue.
You will receive an email on the same notifying you of the ticket.
Just to add, there were significant changes at work-place. Our Kore.ai bot builder platform was updated to be compatible with those changes. We are able to integrate our bots with workplace. If this information helps, you can go ahead and create your own bot and integrate it with workplace for FB.
