I have Integarated the bot with whatsApp using Infobip. After the integration I am able to see the plain text message replies from the bot in whatsApp but the templates aren’t displayed in whatsApp. So in the entity node selected the whatsApp business channel and selected the custom java script and written the template. When I try this method the template is visible in NLP insights but not diaplayed in whatsapp. Help me with this issue.
