How to send a message to a user based on Workplace activity

Hello,

We have a use case that is based on the following:

  • A user performs an action on Workplace
  • A webhook from Workplace reports the activity
  • A receiving app (or potentially a bot setup to listen to the webhook) then filters to see if it needs to send the user a notification
  • The user receives a message from the bot regarding the activity they took

I’ve done quite a bit of reading on Alert Tasks and Smart Alerts which lead me to believe they may not be the right way to solve this. My main question is:

  1. Can Kore.AI subscribe to a webhook on Workplace and send messages to users based on that activity? If so, can you please describe how?
