Is there a way to see what questions of our knowledge base aren’t being activated by the users ?
I am not aware of any direct way to check that. But I can suggest an indirect way. Let us see if others can suggest anything better.
Say, you download the NLP metrics > success intents/intent found (accumulate for a few months). You may check the FAQa that got triggered. If you export all the FAQs, you can compare the list and see which are the FAQs that did not get invoked.
But I do agree that it may be a good idea to have this in the roadmap.
