How to reconnect steps in flow builder

Hello. I’m brand new to Kore.ai and tried figuring this out on my own but failed. In flow builder how do I reconnect a step that is not connected to a previous step? I tried dragging the blue dot and it gives me an arrow line but doesn’t actually make the connection.

Is there a basic cheat sheet for flow builder?

Hi Justin,

Please see if this helps. You may need to be a bit precise with the mouse pointer to make the actual connections.

We’ve also received similar feedback on usability and have already incorporated this in planning for a newer release. Please look out for an upcoming release that will incorporate a refreshed flow builder.
