How to process an entity value that has >1 million items

We have a usecase, that requires the bot to identify and recognize the entity values (client names) that are more than a million. How can I make the bot understand and extract the client names and display suggestions in case of ambiguity?

ex: Show me clearing risk amount for JP Morgan Chase NAM investment securities.
