How to not allow bot to answer without authenticating the user?

Hi , I have FAQs, dialog tasks in my bot and I want to make sure that the bot doesn’t respond to any question if the user is not authenticated. How can I achieve this. As the input Field in chatbot is always active anyone can input the query and get answers from the bot.

Please advise the best approach.
