How to configure time for agent status to change to away

Hi,

We have seen that after some time without using the SmartAssist platform, the agent status is set to away automatically. Is this time configurable?

Configuring time to set away is not possible but we have new feature smartassist.

We have checked internally on this, Once the agent login’s to console the status would be available and the status won’t be changed. we can manually change it .

But when the agent is on a conversation and Once conversation turns overdue, if agent has not responded for that status can be configured.
