Is there a way we can configure the FAQs in single Bot for multiple tenants? For example: there are one set of FAQs for HR department (we call it as HR tenant) and one for Payroll (we call it as Payroll tenant). If I pass the tenant id as “HR”, I should able to ask the FAQs related to HR domain only. Is that possible, doable in Kore.ai platform? Any idea?
