How to change starting Dialog task

Hello, i am trying to change the dialog task that is being triggered upon starting the conversation. I remember watching a tutorial where you can change the Dialog Task that is being triggered when starting the conversation without the user typing in anything.

I read that you can do that under the “default” field under “intelligence” but somehow that field is gone??? I can not see it in my builder.

The option you are looking for is “Events” under Intelligence section.

Note that for other channels like - social channels these two settings to not apply. After the user input, the response depends on intent detection and/or session status.
