We want to generate report on usage of FAQ and how many users using hyperlinks in FAQ to reach that url, kindly check and let us know the possible way to generate report like this.

You may use custom meta tags to know how many times an FAQ was invoked based on user utterances.

But to know how many times a displayed link was clicked will be expected to be handled as part of client end analytics. Kore.ai platform does not pick up any analytics data based on customer interaction of messages / faq responses displayed on the bot.
