Hello, does anyone know how I can trigger a Dialog Task after an FAQ response? The documentation I am checking doesn’t seem to match the current version of Kore.ia.

Thank you for posting the query on Community.
Considering that you are using AI for Service(XO11), you can trigger a dialog task after an FAQ response by configuring the “End of the task“ event.
However, this would also trigger for any dialog task where “End of dialog“ is selected at the last node and for all the FAQ’s.
