How can I integrate the date value dynamically in the digital form?

I’m trying to integrate the date value in the digital form but I’m unable to fetch it. I’m saving my value in the but user session and trying to integrate that in the text field using below line of code. But It’s not working, would be very helpful if you can help with this asap.
