We infer from your post that you would like to edit the suggestions that appear for the search query.
Ideally, the data displayed in the auto-suggestions is from the data source that you integrate with the Search assist.
If you want to edit or change them, you need to edit the data that is originally getting retrieved in Search Assist.
Adding to the above, , If field is marker as autosuggest, then the content from the field will show up in auto suggestion API
