How add Option to Close the Chat Window

How add option to Close the Chat Window along with the Refresh Chat Option when we invoked the services through Web/Mobile Channel.

Option to Close means your requirement is to minimize or close the web socket connection?

Yes, I want to close the Web socket connect after end of my close instead of session Time-out. But while launched the designed bot in Web/Mobile Channel I don’t see any close option in the Window
