I am new to learning Kore.ai’s Conversational AI. Wanted to understand what’s the team role & hierarchy usually followed in a project of Automation AI. Do we have each phase like Requirement Gathering, Requirement Understanding document, Designing, Development, Testing, Deployment ,Prod & Post Production Support. Also what all roles are there like Business Analyst, Developer, Sn Developer, Tester, Lead, Support Team. Wanted to understand how a typical team structure works in projects of XO 10.
