I’ve been trying to use a bot I’ve created through SmartAssist, and I’ve been mostly encountering errors, I can’t seem to access the knowledge it had previously, and the documentation doesn’t cover the design of flows for SmartAssist, so any help would be appreciated.
I have an update to this, I managed to talk to a person from support, and it seems like my SmartAssist link was sending me to a different version of SmartAssist for some reason, so that partially explains why I wasn’t able to properly configure the bot.

Just to update - We are expecting a code fix in about 2 weeks so that pointing to the right version is consistent across all users and domains.
