Getting some bugs in the live agent in websdk

hi,

when using the live agent from the sdk, In servicenow agent chat the user is showing undefined and in Botkit MapUserIDvsDATA is showing undefined. but with bot builder it is working fine.image-2021-04-16-14-34-03-198 Screenshot (50)

Please let us know if the user data is changed or manipulated in the botKit code anywhere.

In the meantime, we will check this internally.
