what are the parameters need to be set in Custom dashboard to extract this data?

We have a way to show tasks and their usage count, however, we cannot just pull top 3. See the screenshot below:
The outcome will be as below:
Depending on the widget size you see more rows.
NOTE: The “top” tasks depend on the date range selected. So for a different date range the order may vary.
