I have a requirement to extract data from firebase which is used to build serverless applications.
Can we connect Firebase no-sql database(Firestore) to ETL tool Alteryx, could not find any relevant documentation on the application website.

Is your query specific to botbuilder? I am not sure I understood the use case of connecting Firestore to Alteryx. Are you asking how could you do this from a bot? If yes, as long as these two systems have their APIs exposed, they can be consumed in the Kore.ai bot. If you are planning to consume a huge amount of data from these systems, the bot context may get very heavy. In that case, you may access the APIs of these systems from BotKit.
