I was trying to upload a PDF file from yesterday but always fails by stating 0 out of 1 files uploaded.

Could you please share the relevant screenshots and the steps to replicate the issue ?

Also, please share the HAR file replicating the issue.
That would help us in identifying the issue if any API call is failing.
