FAQs in knowledge AI is not working

I have used FAQ (manual) as part of Knowledge AI and also trained them. But still I am not getting expected response even after writing exact test of their intent. What could be missing. Please help.

In the case mentioned, if I understand correctly, you have set up an FAQ, and when you test with the exact sentence as in the question, that specific question is not being identified?

There could be couple of reasons for this:

  • Training was not done correctly. Try training the bot again and test the question.

  • NLP threshold configuration need to be checked.
