Failed intents and Failed Tasks count in custom dashboard

Hello All,
I am trying to fetch failed intents and failed tasks in graphical representation using custom dashboard, can you please suggest me how I can achieve that.
Here is a screen shot for reference on how I need the graphs to represent

Thank you for the response, I am able to get the count of each metric type is there any possibility where I can get the user message and count of that particular message on daily basis?
