We are thrilled to announce some exciting updates that will be rolling out to our AgentAssist platform on April 1st, 2024.
We have been working diligently on a UI upgrade and introducing several new capabilities that will enhance agent experience and productivity.
Here are the key value propositions that the revamped UI and new features bring to the table➡️:
Multi-Language Support:
Our new UI now offers multi-language support for our AgentAssist widget, enabling users to interact in their preferred language seamlessly.
Enhanced User Experience:
Our interface has undergone a significant upgrade for a more intuitive and seamless user experience.
Increased Flexibility:
With an abundance of settings available, users have greater control and flexibility to tailor their experience according to their unique preferences and requirements.
Optimized Space Utilization:
The new UI optimizes space utilization, providing users with a more organized and clutter-free workspace, ultimately enhancing productivity.
Furthermore, we are excited to share that based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback received,
we are no longer supporting new enhancements on the older UI.
Instead, we are fully investing in the development and optimization of the new UI.
As communicated in our webinar session (Recordings here), starting from April 1st, all new account creations, whether through SmartAssist or via the AgentAssist Third-Party Desktop Application or through Unified XO, will support this new improved UI.
You can access the new revamped UI from SmartAssist by selecting V3 as the AgentAssist Widget.
