Error: Too many results findone

Hi kore Team,
Recently i have faced an issue while working with koreAi. Actually i have created a dialog task named “BILL” and later I have cloned that task and named it as “BILL1” and then i have deleted “BILL” and renamed “BILL1” as “BILL”.

Now when i am opening the bill task I am facing a Error saying “Too many results for findOne”
