Error ‘ECONNRESET ’ in Service Node

Hello kore.ai team,

since today I get a strange error with the REST API calls in the Service node. The API can be reached and responds when using our web application or postman, just not with the Kore.ai chat bot.
Please see below the screenshot of the test request and response.

I saw there were two more occurunces of this topic, so I suppose it was inspected before and there seems to be a solution. Could you please support with this?

Let us know if the issue is still replicable even after whitelisting the IP with port number.
