Can we amend entities created on agent node?

In kore.ai platform, you have the option to amend on the agent node. To do this,

  1. Edit the chatbot application and click on the 3 dots icon on the top navigation bar. Please refer to the screenshot below.

  2. Click on the dropdown menu item called: Manage Amend Behaviour.

  3. Select the option Allow amend entities

  4. Choose your options and click on Proceed to save the settings.
