When I type the email address to the bot it automatically converts that to a garbage value as “##EMAIL-jr0fadp1##”. I don’t know why this is happening.
I checked the JSON also of my bot context. it shows the same garbage value as user input.
I need help on this as soon as possible.
@renisweta1094 Maybe the PII settings are enabled and applied for this entity because of which the entity value seems to be redacted.
You should find the PII settings under the bot settings of bot builder.
