Does Kore.ai have any feature like ask the user to download file(excel/pdf) from chat window?

If during any conversation user receives an attachment file, it is possible for them to download it without any issues.
The question is how is an attachment sent to users. Could you specify the full requirement so we can accurate share our update.

we have image/audio/video attachment templates, but these templates only supports .jpg, .png, etc… I want a template which downloads pdf/excel sheets.
we don’t have file(excel/pdf) templates.

At the moment ,there is no provision to allow excel/pdf attachment to be sent to user for download. However, you may have a public link for the pdf’s and share it in the user prompt. It is the same if they open the pdf and download from the browser.
We will consider this feature for future enhancement.
