Does Kore.ai Knowledge work with files that are not FAQs (i.e. Menu for a restaurant)?

I am new to Kore.ai. It seems like the main use case for Kore.ai Knowledge is FAQs only. It will not work with a Restaurant’s Menu for example, right?

Hi @mo1 ,

This would be possible if you import the menu details in the format accepted by the platform.
Once you import, please train the bot and test the functionality.
