Do you know how to expand apps that connect Teams channels?
I’d like to ask MS about this, but they haven’t given me an answer either, so I’m asking here.
If anyone knows, please respond.
I am using it by connecting Kore.ai XO bot and Teams channel.
I confirmed that if I wanted to add a tab and connected to the URL link on the developer portal, the tab would be added.
When connecting via mobile, there is an issue where the first screen is a tab instead of a bot.
If you know of a place where you can change this setting or a way to modify it using something like vsc, such as kore.ai web channel sdk, please guide me.

From the description we understand that you are able to access from the browser but unable to access from the mobile.
To understand the issue more, could you please share the clear relevant screenshots ?
I am currently running and developing an app that uses the Kore.ai Teams channel bot.
At the customer’s request, we are testing it by connecting a web page or SharePoint link.
(This app is an app for which a tab has been added by placing a web page or SharePoint link in [Configuration] > [App Features] > [Personal App] in the app’s settings in the .)
The first capture shows the Kore.ai Teams channel bot running in Teams.
The second capture shows the Kore.ai Teams channel bot running on Android phone Teams.
No matter how many tabs I add, the main chatbot is so I want to expose the chatbot on the first tab or page, but no matter how I search the document, I can’t find any information about where to set it up.
When I inquired with MS, I was told that they would not respond regarding the use of a third-party solution (Kore.ai).
I am leaving this post here because I have no place to get help.
I was wondering if there was someone who was in the same situation as me or if Kore.ai had a solution.
If there is any part that requires additional capture, please request it by specifying the necessary part.
