Hello Kore.AI team,
Iam trying to use sentiment management, for the sentiment events I do not want to initiate dialog task as they end the previous tasks, therefore I need to use script configuration.
My requirement is to just show a message and then resume to the previous task.
But through scripts, I am not able to display the message.
Please suggest how to do it.
