Display image in message node

Hi,

I am trying to display images in message node using the insert image functionality available and it doesn’t work. Please let me know on how to fix it.

Hi Ramya,

I embedded the image in message node using insert image functionality. The images loads and I am able to preview in preview tab, but doesn’t work in the conversation flow.

We have verified it at our end.

We are able to observe the image in the chat window.

The image is client specific. So could you please share your work email id so that I can s end the link directly to you.

Thank you Ramya. Is there a particular image size that Kore acepts?
