Disable end of event task on some FAQ / appending a dialogue task to an FAQ

I have a yes/no survey asked every end of conversation as a mean of checking if the response was helpful. Is it possible for me to set up so that it doesn’t show in some FAQs?

Would it also be possible to append a dialogue task to a FAQ?

example: response: do this… or I can connect you to an agent then an option to talk to an agent (append the talk to agent dialogue task)

You can use the end of the dialog event so that it will get executed after the FAQ answer is displayed.
