in bot builder the flow is working fine where the form is shown and then the entity option message but as when we test in websdk in localhost the form appears and after submitting the form a sorry message comes as below :
Sorry, I am unable to respond to your queries at this moment. You may retry after some time or reach out to our contact center for more help.
please provide solution to this issue.
