There is a task where I’m facing difficultly, description below :-
desgined fallback task if user enters 2 times wrong faq.
1st time- if user enter wrong faq then fallback message appear.
2nd time- if user enter again wrong input the new fallback message appear.
Then flow is completed.
PROBLEM - after entering 1st time wrong Faq fallback message appear but 2nd time if enter correct Faq bot responded correctly but also 2nd fallback message appear with the response
how to fix this interruption , please guide me on it with necessary steps
