The standard response “I am not sure what you mean” is not working properly. When triggered it returns just the predefined response but not the FAQ that was identified with lower level of certainty. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Thank you for reporting this issue. We have not been able to replicate the issue with our bots, could you share your bot with koresupport@kore.com so that we can verify if the issue is only observed in a specific usecase.
