Inside the chatbot date format is showing as
Tue Feb 09 2021 at 11:23:11 am
Would like to change and keep only 11:23 am. Please suggest any better way to do that.

The time format in the chat window can be changed through the webSDK.
You can make changes to the date format snippet in the chatWindow.js file available in the SDKApp >> UI >> chatWindow,js .
