Custom Dashboards Creation on caller utterances in bot builder.

Hi, I would like to request guidance in creating two dashboards within bot builder.

  1. Provider Entry Utterance Capture: A dashboard that shows us the caller utterances at the point when bot prompts the user to enter their National Provider ID. Specifically we want to know what the second utterance is from the caller (i.e.) what else providers are saying apart from just providing the provider ID.

  2. Uncategorized Caller Utterances : A dashboard that captures and shows the utterances that are not categorized under any predefined intents. The Goal is to be able to view dashboard of largest frequency of key words outside of our 8 caller intents defined.
