My query is that is it possible to build a custom button template in an entity node through javascript under channels as “All Channels”
As there is options to create it under channels as "Web/Mobile Client ".
Hi @renisweta1094, If you write a generic template at All channels, the entire payload will be passed as it is. You will need to use a channel specific override at the respective channels.
It can be at web/mobile client or facebook or any other channel.
Rendering the template on channel is completely dependent on whether channel (third party app) supports it and so we came up with this approach.
