@archanaamt In XO Platform you cannot use service node with an attachment yet. So, if you really want, you can use botkit.

@aditya.singhania This is possible but needs a step in between. The file attachment generates a ‘one time access’ link. So to download the attachment, you may use the BotKit and upload to your destination of choice from there. Refer to Attachment to service API - #12 by swagata.sengupta it may come in handy.
