You should have access to entire chat history of any user in admin dashboard.

Overall incoming message - do you mean the number of incoming messages?
or number of user utterances from web-hook channel or number of unique users on web-hook channel?
Or total number of conversation sessions from web-hook? Please provide some more clarity.
