Converting base 64 format to pdf and displaying it has a response to the user in the chatbot

Hi Team,
I have a requirement where i will he getting a pdf in base 64 as response from the custom api which i have developed is there a way where i can display that to the user where he can download it
From js i can convert it but is there a way the i can display it to the user
