I have published the bot and tried to use the Talk to Bot (ie the testing bot) in the developer environment to trigger different dialog tasks. No matter what I did, the Analytics > Conversational Flow always shows empty data. What do I miss?

You will need to talk to the bot from a channel to have sessions created. Talk to bot from the builder does not generate sessions.
