Conformation activity is getting triggered it is stucked in a message box

hi team
its supposed to work like show message box and then trigger the conformation activity (aking weather to end task or continue )
but its stuck in a message box
the message box is showing crowsel code which shows option and document links .

it was as it is
after the message box just addeed the conformation
for yes stared the same wokflow again and for its end of dialog
