Can we use ChatGPT in Kore.ai? Is there any provision for that?

Yes it is possible to use openAI features with Kore.ai to improve the user experience.

The Knowledge AI introduced as part of the new release is one such feature where openAI capability is used.
We also have OpenAI Connector under Actions section. The relevant documentation on the details of the feature and steps for implementation is being worked upon and will be shared shortly.
