Cannot find messages in the chat window. Its stuck at loading the history. Can anyone help me with us.
Able to type but couldn’t see the messages in the chat window.

Please help us with the Platform version you are using. Are you on bots.kore.ai or on-premise?
Please let us know if you are using any specific browser and if this consistently happens even when you reset cookies and cache.
Try the utterance “Discard All” or reload the chat window and click on the debug icon.
Try chatting with the bot. Do you see any updates in the Debug Window?
From Bot Builder, in the navigation panel on the left, go to Analyze>Metrics. Do we see any information for the user who is chatting with the bot?

I am using bots.kore.ai.
I am testing the bot in the kore.ai platform.
I could see data under debug logs and metrics section, but i couldn’t find any messages in the chat window.
